The Cabin

We had our annual cabin trip in July, we usually go over the 24th weekend but we headed up a week later this year. We were not able to go up until Friday night the 30th but we made it just in time for the smore feast...which everyone loved (they were the big daddies)!

After the smores settled the guys played some horse shoes.

That night we pulled out Settlers...thee funniest game ever.

Saturday morning Jordan gave the kids a ride on uncle mike's trails bike.

Even our Fiona went for a ride.

We always go skeet shooting (they have a contest they always play).

Our trip got cut very short, we were there less then 24 hrs when we found out our sweet Addi has diabetes. The Doctor told us to take her to Primary Children's right away. Porter stayed with the others for the rest of the weekend. We packed our stuff and took our baby girl to the hospital...at that moment our lives changed forever.

My whole family (well most of us) headed to Cali over the weekend of July 16th to go see my little sister Bristina aka Stina. Of course right when we pull into the hotel the kids want to go swimming, which was nice after a 12hr drive.

Saturday morning my parents went and picked Stina up and brought her to the hotel where she was welcomed with LOVE! We were so excited to see her, especially the kids!

She looks so good and is doing so well!

Everyone wanted her at once, she is very loved!

We only had a total of 4hrs w/her, after she had to be back at Teen Challenge we had an hour left. She showed us all around the place and what they did.

Boating Fun

Our good friends Angie anf Adam invited us out on thier boat one evening & of course I am not passing that up...I don't get to see them very often. Angie and I have been BFF's since the 4th grade and it is so great to have a freind like her.

4th of July

Well actually it was the 5th of July, but we started the celebration out by heading over to the Provo parade with family. Jordan missed out on the parade cause he was working at the house & I don't think he was too sad about it.

Addi Graduates Preschool

My SWEET Addi graduated Preschool the end of May. She enjoyed it so much. She went with her best friend and cousin Brooklyn. I just can't believe how fast time goes by! Here are a few of the millions of photos I took...

Eagle Mt 1st Annual Rodeo

For our Memorial Day weekend we went to Eagle Mt's first annual rodeo. Jordan had to help so we didn't see him much, but we had a good time with our family and friends.

My favorite part of the rodeo (besides all the fun music) is the Broncs and Bull riding.

They got to chase calves to try to get two tickets off their tails for prizes.

It was so dang fun to see all the little kids running their hearts out after the calves.

The kids had a BLAST at the calf scramble, they each got two bags of prizes. My niece Sammy got the big prize, an X-Box 360 (my brother was just a little excited).

Eagle Mt poled off a great rodeo, good job to all the city employees.

Our Final Hours

A lot has changed since I last blogged...we sold our home in Spanish Fork to build again, this time in Lehi closer to my husbands work in Eagle Mt. We now live a big 5th wheel at my parents house. I think I have finally gotten use to the idea that I sold my beautiful home I loved so much and to leave my wonderful neighbor hood and my church calling (I still miss that...a lot)! The kids are having a blast at Grandmas house, they have lots of room to run around out side. I think I had the hardest time with the move, this kind of change is so hard for me, I get so attached. But I am excited for this new adventure, building again and meeting new people. I just can't wait to be settled again in a good neighbor hood. I do love the area we are going to be building in, we will have plenty of land for the kids to run around on and we will even be able to have animals, maybe a Mule or two (my husbands planes). So I say bring on the adventure!

WOW, looking at these pictures make me so sad! We had a lot of good memories in this home. We brought Addi home from the hospital in this house, it's all she new. Porter was potty trained and lost his first teeth in this house and a lot of other fond memories. I will truly miss my home!

Our Easter

I just LOVE Easter, I love the candy and most importantly the reason we celebrate it...Our Savior!

Porter woke us up at 3 in the morning so excited to go see what the Bunny left him. I made him crawl in bed with me until 7, then we woke up Addi and Dad.
The Easter Bunny always leaves a trail of treats from their rooms, down the hall and to their baskets.

The kids were so excite for all the surprises in their baskets.

The kids favorite surprises the bunny left them, Porter's was the glow in the dark frogs a Wii game, Alvin and the chipmunks DVD. Addi just loved her Bunny and The Princess and the Frog DVD.

But the BEST surprise was the Beautiful picture of our Savior!

In between conference sessions we went to my moms for lunch and an Easter egg hunt (in the house). Here are some of the kids waiting while we were hiding the eggs.

All the kids each got a kite and they had a lot of fun flying them, the wind was just right.

We watched the last session of conference at my moms, then headed to Jordan's parents for more Easter fun.

It was a great Easter Sunday and Conference was wonderful as always and muchly need. I am so thankful to have the gospel in my life. I know how our Savior's sacrifice has and will bless me and my family in our lives! Hope you all had a wonderful Easter!

Roll'n, Roll'n, Roll'n...

Keep those eggs a roll'n!

We had the annual Harris Easter egg roll on Monday (before the weather turned bad).

We always have so much fun, we roast hot dogs, the kids get nice and dirty and we have a Easter egg roll and all the kids get prizes. It is such a fun tradition and we enjoy being with our family!

Addison turns 4

Were do I begin? My sweet Addi turned 4 on the 24th, We've all said it before but really where does the time go? Addi is such a special sweet little girl, I feel SO BLESSED and THANKFUL to be her mother, how LUCKY am I?! She has the most contagious smile and her big brown eyes, well you just can't say "no". She loves cats and dogs, well all animals for that matter. She is finally getting into the Princesses...I've been waiting for this moment. She loves to play dress up and Dora. She enjoys going to Preschool and loves her teachers. She is or try to be mommas little helper around the house. Addi all I can say is that, "I love you more than words!!!" HAPPY BIRTHDAY HONEY!

Addi's cousin Brooklyn's Birthday is the day before hers, so my sister and I took them to Chucke Cheese's...they had a BLAST!!

Once her Daddy got home from work we went out to eat at Carl's Jr... Addi's choice of course. Then we come home and gave her her gift from us, a big girl Princess bike. She was ecstatic, the smile on her face was priceless. She also got a Princess helmet and pads.

To go along with the Princess theme this year she picked out a Princess cake, and it had to be chocolate...that's my girl!!!

Addi we hope you had a WONDERFUL Birthday! We feel so blessed to have you as our daughter and we LOVE you and your sweet BIG personality!!!

Last Sunday we had a Birthday party on my side of the family for the three Birthday girls...they are all in the same week. Brooklyn and Addison both turned 4 and sweet little Jerzey turn the wonderful 2's. I always say, "cousins make the best friends!!!" Happy Birthday Girls!

Love Day Celebration

We started our Valentines Day on Saturday, my sister took the kids (thank you Heather) so Jordan and I could go on our "HOT" date! We just went to the movies (Valentines Day) and went to dinner, Dalton's (for the live music, not the food). Then we went and picked up the kids and took them out for ice cream at Cold Stone to end our date. It was a nice Valentines celebration!

All I asked for was a Love Letter (which I did get and is always my FAVORITE gift), along with chocolate covered strawberries

and these FABULOUS surprises...black sweater Uggs, Juicy Couture Sunglasses and these all too sexy Christian LouBoutin stilettos! Thank You Babe, I love all my surprises and I love you!!

Valentines Sunday...

Later that night we headed to Jordan's parents for a Valentines dinner and decorated sugar cookies. It was a great way to end our Valentines celebration!

Addi loaded her cookie up with frosting, there wasn't much cookie compared to the amount of frosting...she is so funny! We just had such a FUN Valentines spending it with family and each other.

Disco Night

I used to go disco skating way back when with my sweet friends and we always had a BLAST! I have such great memories with them (I miss you guys). One day I thought why did I ever stop going, just because I am a mom and married now...oh no! So me and my good friend Amanda planed a girls night out for disco night at Classic skating. We invited a lot of people and a lot of people missed out on a fun night.

My sister in-law Karlie, Kallie, Amanda and my other sister in-law Amber had such a FUN and CRAZY night. I skated for 2 1/2 hrs straight, I was having too much fun to stop.

I had so much fun dressing up, that was part of the fun. We will defiantly be doing it again...soon!

Winter Fun

After the great snow fall yesterday we head for good old Peteetneet hill for some sledding. The kids had so much fun and it wore them out pretty fast. I went along to take the pictures, and of course it is always great to watch my kids having so much fun!

Not Far Behind

Porter wasn't too far behind Addi on filling his good behavior chart. He wanted to go ice skating, but we had some time to kill before it opened to the public, so he wanted to go eat at Mc D's and play for a bit. Then we hit the movie theaters and the only thing he hadn't seen was The Princess and the Frog, so we saw that...he ended up liking it but the entire time he was so excited to go ice skating. The time finally came around for a little ice skating. We both had so much fun together, it is so nice to get a little one on one with the kids, we just had a BLAST!!

This walker saved my life, I would hold on the back and we would go real fast and it was a great inner thigh work out!
Thanks bud for a fun date...I can't wait to do it agian! I LOVE ya so much!!!

Good Behavior

My sweet Addi filled up another Good Behavior chart and she choose to go to Build-A-Bear, of course (that's where she wants to go more times then not), so that is where we headed.

She new exactly what she was going to get, the Valentines Dalmatian puppy, she is still my little dog lover. When we were leaving she said to me "Mom I wish you were a little girl again so you could go to Build-A-Bear, it's so fun". Bless her sweet heart, she is a very thoughtful little girl!

After much deliberation on finding the perfect outfit, she went with a cute P.J. set with slippers for her little Ellie (that's what she named her pup).

A Classic Night

Oh yes, Classic Skating is still around and as fun as ever!

Instead of the usual dinner and a movie we did dinner and skating.

For New Year Eve this year we went over to my sister Jennifer's house. We played games, while the kids tore the house up...sorry Jen! It was sure fun though, I love parties!

A Very Merry Christmas!

We were so excited Christmas was finally here, we woke up at 6 am to see what Santa brought. We were not disappointed!

Addi wanted Puppies in my Pocket and for

Porter, Star Wars Jubba the Hut Sail Barge.

Porter was so surprised, he couldn't figure out how Santa new he wanted it so bad (he didn't ask for it).

I LOVE to see their HAPPY faces!!!

Addi also wanted a car she could drive, this is what Jordan and I gave her...she LOVES it!!!

We are such game nerds, we love it. Jordan surprised me with Settlers of Catan and Traders and Barbarians...love it!

I have been waiting for this coat for months, it was worth waiting for!

Jordan got hats, clothes and a big surprise... a flat screen TV!

Jordan and I gave Porter Indian Jones 2 Wii game...he almost passed out when he opened it!

Grandma and Grandpa Goodrich gave Addi the Dora Talking Backpack

and for Porter the Nerf Tag Out, they were soooo excited!

Addi gave Porter this Darth Vader Ship Lego set and he gave Addi a Dora camera.

Addi was excited to go drive her jeep and they also

couldn't wait to try their new sled out.

That night we went to the Harris' for their Christmas party. We ate dinner, played music and of course the Nativity.

Porter played the role of Joseph and his cousin Hannah was Marry, Addi was the cutest wise man I have ever seen!

It was so cute to see the kids act out the Nativity play. What a great way to end out CHRISTmas day...remembering the birth of our Savior!

CHRISTMAS EVE

We spent Christmas Eve at my parents house this year...we had the traditional ham for dinner, sat around and enjoyed each others company and exchanged family gifts. It was a nice relaxing time not having to rush to another party.

It was nice having my Grandparents there, Grandma and pa Goodrich and Grandma Hicks.

We drew families this year, my sister Tiff and her family had us.

Why is it that Santa is so scary... to the little kids ?

My Grandma Hicks had her annual Christmas party and Santa always makes an appearance. The best part of it all is to watch the poor terrified little ones as we force them on a strange mans lap, all for these good pictures!

Addi was so excited to see Santa...until he arrived. She got so scared and started crying but then she got the courage to go tell him what she wanted ( puppies in my pocket).

Porter was the brave one, he had it all played out what he was going to say to Santa. " I want all my teeth, spy stuff and Nerf tag out". He is too big now to be scared of Santa.

Oh Christmas Tree

For FHE we decorated our Christmas tree. I also started a new tradition to have the kids open their Christmas jammies the night we decorate our tree instead of Christmas Eve. I LOVE Christmas jammies, I always hated waiting until Christmas Eve.

We LOVE this part of Christmas, getting all our sentimental ornaments out (I have picture frame ornament with the kids pictures of each x-mas since they were born). We have so fun looking back on all the past years and to see how they have grown.

Porter got to do the honors of plugging in the star.

Our Porter turns 7

Wow, where did the past seven years go? Porter had his birthday on the 28th. I can't believe my little boy is now seven years old. Porter is such a special blessing to our family, he has the most contagious laugh, you can't help but laugh with him. He is a great big brother to his little sis and watches over her. It has been so fun to watch him grow and learn, from reading to math (which he loves). He is so excited for his 8th Birthday so he can be Baptised, he prays every night..."bless that I can be baptised to get the Holly Spirit", only one more year bud. We love him so much and can't wait to see what the future holds for him!

Porter wanted to open his present from Jordan, Addi and I first thing in the morning.

Of course he got what he asked for...The Rise of the Cobra Mobile Headquarters.

He was so excited and gave us big hugs and kisses! You are welcome Porter.
He still LOVES Star Wars and wanted a cake to do with Star Wars. So I made him a light saber cake, thanks to my good friend Chelsey's idea (I hope you don't mind). He was impressed!

We let him bring a few friends to the movies, Planet 51. It was so dang funny.

After words we came back to the house for cake and ice cream, and they enjoyed playing with Porters birthday present.

Kye gave him a dart game...he is so excited about it. Thank You Kye.

After the pies and home made stuffing (which was delicious by the way) were finished we started our Thanksgiving day at Jordan's parents house and had a wonderful yummy dinner.

It was a Happy Thanksgiving and a Happy Birthday to Jocelyn and Porter.
I have so much to be Thankful for, I feel so blessed to have such wonderful people around me all the time who are great examples to me. For my families good health, that is one thing I think about everyday and try not to take for granite.

The kids trick or treating around our neighbor hood. It is always so fun, kids running around every where, Halloween music and strobe lights...I love it!

After a fun night of trick or treating...which they got a ton of candy, we ate a pumpkin pizza, put on our jammies and watched Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaurs.

This year for the Harris' Halloween party we did a Mid Evil theme. It is always so much fun and we always have a blast together!

The kids always look forward to this part of Halloween, to be honest...I don't love it so much, but I do it for the kids. Jordan always gets to do the dirty work!

Jordan had his 34th birthday on the 24th of Oct, after he opened his presents (a set of good old western DVDs, a Wii nerf game...which was more for Porter, some X-box game he wanted and a great couples massage...more for me!) We headed for our fav place to eat...Tepanyaki's.

Oh ya, I caught my shrimp, but Jordan's the real pro...three in a row!

The next day his mom had a Birthday party for him...so I didn't have to make a cake (Thanks Sherrie).

Our Stay-Cation

We decided to take the kids on a little get away close to home. We went and stayed up at the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake. The first day we went to the Planet Aquarium in Sandy (we have never been there before), we had a blast and the kids just thought it was so "awesome".

Addi would not touch the Sting Rays they scared her to death, Porter on the other hand loved them, they reminded him of Sea World.

The Star fish were more up Addi's alley.

We will definetlly go back to the Planet Aqarium, it was so interesting.

That night after dinner at the Olive Garden we went swimming...for hours!

The kids went back and forth from the pool to the hot tub which was my fave.

Good thing Jordan loves to swim, he played with them for hours and I was the photographer.

The next day after breakfast and more hours of swimming we headed to the Children's Museum at the Gate Way. The kids had so much fun, we were there for hours and they still weren't ready to leave. It was a really neat hands on place for the kids with endless activities.

Addi loved the life sized kitchen of course and Porter loved the construction site.

Everything was just thier size like this cute super market, they loved it.

Jordan even got into the spirit, he is still a kid at heart.

The last stop on our stay-cation was dinner at the Pizza Factory, one of the kids favorite places to eat. Then they were dieing to go pick up Princess Fiona, Aunt Jen baby sat while we were gone...Thanks Jen!

We had a fun little stay-cation, it is ALWAYS a good time together no matter how far or close to home we are...as long as we are together!

We took the kids to the zoo last week. I was real excited to go this time because of all the new baby animals they have and the kids always love to go.

The kids always love to play on the play ground and eat yummy Kettle corn.

Princess Fiona arrived today and we are so HAPPY to have adopted her!

Weight: 4-5lbs

Length: around 18''

Age: 5 yrs old

She is part Yorkie and Maltese and is so beautiful!

She has been adjusting shockingly well and is already such a joyous addition to our family!

She has a sweet personality and is very good with the kids. The kids just LOVE her to death!

I told Porter I would give him $5.00 to let me pull his front dangling tooth out.

He said " $20.00 no $100.00" Needless to say I went for his first burgeon. He was so brave as I held his tooth in a paper towel and twisted it and out it came.

Doesn't he look adorable with out his two front teeth...worth the $20.

The next morning he woke up and found fairy dust and a $2.00 bill.
He thought that was pretty neat, he has never had a $2 bill before.

Fish Lake

For the Labor Day weekend we head to Fish Lake with our good friends Adam and Angie Ferre and her brother Keven and his family. We had a great time fishing, building forts and swings, roasting marshmallows, exploring and going to Capitol Reef National Park. It is always good to get away to spend time together!

My Baby Goes to Pre-School

I can't believe that my baby is old enough to go to school, where has the time gone? She was so excited to finally go to school, she just said "see ya mom" after I walked her in.

My how the summer past by...we had a great one!

Porter was so excited to start first grade, I on the other hand had mixed feelings.

The night before his dad gave him a special blessing for the school year as well as Addi, so that calmed my nerves somewhat. I still was a stalker mom and took pics every step of the way...here are a few.

He picked flowers for his sweet teacher Mrs. Olsen.

I am very excited about his teacher this year, she seems sooooo nice and caring.

We had a great 4th of July, we started it out at my Brother in-law's house for a Bar B.Q. and fun in the sun.

The wind really started to pick up so we cut it short.

9 years ago today I married the man of my dreams! It is so AMAZING how our love for each other keeps getting stronger every year! Memorial Day in Moab

We rented a camp trail with Jordan's little brother Ryan and his family along with his older brother Mark and my little sis Bristina. We headed to Moab for 4 days and we had so much fun even with the bipolar weather. We shopped in town, hiked, went swimming, the guys road their trail bikes. We can't wait to go down again, it was a nice change of scenery.

Porter and Jordan caught lizard the entire time on the hike. Porter loved it,

he said "This is the best adventure ever." He brought one of the lizards home...oh ya!

We finally made it to are destination! It was a pretty fun hike.

The last day we took the kids swimming, it's so funny how much they love the water.

It was a great Moab trip with some of the family, flash floods and all. There was just enough sunshine to do what we wanted.

I can't believe my Porter man has graduated to first grade. I am kinda sad he is growing up so fast. He is such a good boy with a good heart, I can only pray he stays that way. It is so scary to be growing up in this world right now, I pray for these kids everyday!

OUR PARADISE VACATION!

This vacation was heavenly!

We went to Playa Del Carmen and stayed at a 5 star resort, just me and my SWEET hubby.

For six days we did nothing but relax on the beach and spend quality time together.

It was GREAT to reconnect with each other without any other distractions.

There were these great statues all along the paths of the resort.

Just us doing A LOT of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful beach.

We had a jacuzzi tub outside of our room...that was nice!

All dressed up for a nice dinner.

We had a nice relaxing couples massage while we were there.

In the back ground you can see they are getting ready for a wedding. We saw about 3 on the beach, it was awesome. Our room was beach front so at night we could hear the music jamin at the reception.

This is our private little area on the resort (it came with the room we got.)

We had Butler service and ice cream, drinks and hors d'oeurves all day long.

It was so nice to be waited on!!!

We also got a special dinner with live music...so fun!

Saturday we did venture out of the resort to see Tulum. It was neat to see where the little Mayan people once lived.

The beach here was amazing.

After Tulum we headed to Xel Ha where The Blue Lagoon was filmed.

We went snorkeling through rivers and inlets surrounded by tropical fish.

There was also bike riding, rope swing, tubing through Mayan caves, cliff diving and all you can eat! It was a really fun day.

Iguanas were EVERY where...I was screaming a lot cause they were in the walk ways and they blend in very well. Jordan got a kick out of it.

Every night we had a different dinner theme.

I think the Fondue was my favorite. But every dinner was amazing!

More of the WONDERFUL RELAXING beach!We had such a amazing time with one another. It was weird to come home to reality with all our responsibility after all that time with just the two of us. I MISS HIM!

The kids were so excited to wake up Easter morning to see that the nice little Bunny left a candy trail from their bedrooms to their baskets.

Porter got a big army tank with army guys...he's all boy.

Addison got her first barbie doll that came with a mommy dog and 3 pups.

She was most excited about the dogs...she's obsessed!

Porter got a watch he has been wanting.

The kids each got a nice church book.

Porter left the Easter Bunny some carrots and this is a note the bunny left him.

The kids LOVED the game they got...Don't Break the Ice. They had a hard time putting it away to get ready for church. They finally did and don't they look cute?

Harris Easter Egg Roll

Every year the Harris family get together for a fun Easter Egg Roll. It is the one time of the year I don't care if my kids get too dirty. We have so much fun roasting hot dogs and rolling our Easter eggs down a big hill in a trench. Everyone ends up with a prize, so their are no crying kids.

It is a wonderful tradition that we look forward to each year!

My Baby is now 3, wow how time flys.

Addi had her first party on Sunday with the Harris Family. She was so excited that every time the doorbell rang she sprinted to the door, flung it opened and yelled "It's my Birthday!"

She was a HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL!

I was going TRY to make a elaborate Dora cake for Addi, but every time I thought about it I got stressed out. I decided to relieve the stress and order it from WalMart, it actually was yummy with cream cheese frosting and looked a lot better then I could do. Addi LOVED it and that's all that matters!

She got a Dora tub castle from her Grandma & Grandpa Harris, she loves it so much.

She also got a new Minky blanket, clothes, a necklace from her brother, books, and more Pet Shops. She is one spoiled little girl!

HOPE EVERYONE HAD A HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!

I spent the day with the BEST people in my life.

I did get crazy and make pink heart shaped pancakes for my sweethearts.

Then I hit the gym. When I got home I heard little feet running around in the kitchen, (I knew something was up.) I opened the door and my sweet kids yelled SURPRISE! They had candy,cards and my favorite, chocolate covered strawberries for me. Their faces were priceless, so excited, so proud of themselves. I LOVE my adorable kids!

Once we got ready for the day we all opened are gifts from one another. Then went and ate at the Pizza Factory. Later we went and played the Wii at Uncle Ryan and Aunt Karlie's house with family. All-in-all it was a FABULOUS LOVE DAY!

The kids have Good Behavior charts at home, so every time they listen the FIRST time or share etc. they get a sticker for their chart. It seems to work, anyways once it is full they get to go do something special. Addi chose to go to The Build-A-Bear Workshop. She had a blast! It was great to see the excitement on her face!

New Years Eve Party.

My little sissy Heather had a New Years Eve party at her house (Pajama theme party).

Most of the Fam showed up along with family friends. It was a blast playing games and the Wii with family to bring in the New Year. We watched the ball drop at 12:00am, yelled Happy New Year,kissed and then everyone went home to get kids to bed. It's not like it used to be! We had a great time and there is now where I'd rather have been then with family (maybe with family on a beach somewhere). Hope you all had a Happy New Year!

A Wonderful Christmas Day

Every year I find myself waking up before the kids so excited and every year I end up waking them up because I can't wait (some things never change)! I woke them up and Jordan at 6:30 to see if Santa had came...Oh he did! The kids got what they asked for, I must have been good cause even I got a surprise. The smiles on the kids faces were priceless. Christmas is so Magical and I am sad it is over, until next year.

Porter got his Bakugan game he was excited about, with a few other surprises.

Addison LOVES her Little Pet Shops, so do I, there the cutest little things!

Santa was good to me, I got a new Canon digital camera...YA!

When Porter opened his Wii and Wii Star Wars game he freaked, I mean wigged out, rolling around on the floor, jumping up and down. It was cute, I only wish I had it on video.

So I think he liked it!

Porter gave Addi these cute little puppies, which she was ecstatic about, she ran and gave him a huge hug.

The kids also got a few games. I love this classic one, Hungry Hungry Hippos.

We went to Grandma and Grandpa Harris' house first for a Wonderful Christmas dinner.

Every year I look forward for the kids Christmas jammie's. There is something about jammie's that I have a weakness for. They just look so Cute and Cuddly.

The kids were so excited to get home, so Santa would come. Addi told Jordan to go faster the whole way home. "Go faster Dada, Go faster, faster". We had another GREAT Christmas Eve with Family, just how it should be!

Addi was refusing to sit on Santa's lap, so I told her all she needs to do is tell him what she wants for x-mas. When I forced her on his lap she looked at him and screamed in terror that she wanted "PET SHOPS"! It was thee funniest thing, we all started laughing. (You had to be there).

Porter is my BRAVE BOY now and hoped right up on to his lap and told him that he wanted "BAKUGON".

Love'n Lip Gloss

Addi loves to get into my lip gloss, this time was pretty bad. As you can see she not only put it on her lips, but ALL OVER her entire face and neck! She is so SPARKLY. I couldn't get mad, she looked so cute and was so proud of herself (I need to give her lessons).I guess I need to make sure all my lip gloss is out of reach!

Gingerbread Houses

The kids ENJOY helping decorate the Christmas Tree. They love to look at their past Christmas photo ornaments (each year I buy photo frame ornaments and put each kid on Santa's lap and a Family one in the frames, It is so fun to look back at how the kids have grown). Addi will put all hers on the same branch. Porter is the decorating police and will get mad at Addi for not doing it RIGHT,(or his way). All in All it is a good time.I just LOVE this time of year! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Christmas Dance

Addi's little Christmas recital was so cute. They danced to "All I want for Christmas is a Hippopotamus" It is such a fun song. She had a good time dancing. This was actually her dress rehearsal, (We couldn't make it to the actual dance recital up at the Festival of Trees). Dosen't she look ADORABLE!

Porter has been asking for a new Star Wars room, So for his B-day we got him the Star Wars bedding he has been patiently waiting for. (He has had a picture of it hanging in his room for probably 4 months now). Of course his Dad had to get him a big boy 4-wheeler, Porter does LOVES it!

I am most grateful for my WONDERFUL and CARING Husband who is so patient with me and the kids(He balances me out), and of course, my most the time SWEET kids! They are such a joy in my life, who can always make me smile by the cute things they say and do! Life would be BORING without them.

Swimming after a Big Thanksgiving dinner did not hold back the kids or Uncle Mike from taking a dip in the pool.

Twilight has Finally Arrived!

WE LOVE EDWARD!!!

Here is a table full of Twilight raffle prizes. My friend rented a theater at Thanksgiving Point and sold raffle tickets for Awesome prizes! Thank you Keri, it was soooooo much fun! I did win a shirt that says "Consider Me Dazzled" I love it.

Some of our group at the midnight showing, Keri, Ashley, Jessie ,me(wearing the t-shirt I won),Heather and Tiffney. The movie was GREAT! I was so happy with it. I was per ma grin through the entire movie! I can't wait to go again, soon! Edward was AWESOME in the movie, it was great to see his face, I think I have a crush!

Porter was so excited to try wrestling. Some of his older cousins wrestle and I think they got him into it. As you can see his lacking NO confidence at his first "match"! Doesn't he looks so cute in his singlet?

Toothless Wonder

It was a exciting time in the Harris home, Porter lost his first tooth and we love making a BIG deal out of the first everything! When I first pulled it out he didn't know what to do...cry, laugh or what. He decided it was cool, the Tooth Fairy is coming!

The next morning Porter was delighted to find Fairy dust in his bed and on his cheek (he must have gotten a kiss from the Tooth Fairy) and $1.00, lucky I only got 25 cents. He thought it was so cool and can't wait for his other teeth to fall out.

Park City

Every year at this time my Grandma, Mom and sisters go up to Park City for our BIG shopping weekend without kids or husbands (we do love them tho). It is something we all look forward to all year long, I think we should do it twice a year!
